It doesn't matter how large or small your network of friends, relatives or work colleagues, there are loads of ways you can raise funds to help keep the Herts Air Ambulance flying.

Whatever you decide to do remember, keep it simple, keep yourself safe and most importantly have fun!

Andy Nation

In June 2012 Andy will attempt to swim 147 miles from Teddington to Calais.  This has never been done before and follows on from his World record swim of the entire length of the non-tidal River Thames in 2005. Andy will be raising money for Herts Air Ambulance and his target is a whopping £800,000! Please help Andy meet his target by making a donation. Annie Thomas

Well done to Herts athlete Annie who has made it into Team GB for the World Triathlon Age Group Championships to be held on the Gold Coast, Australia in September. She will be swimming 750m, cycling 20k and running 5k anyway so why not do it for a great cause.
